Happy April! Today, I'm excited to share two things close to my heart. The first is to clarify my coaching. It came from a conversation with a potential new client who approached me for "Business Coaching." When he asked me about my coaching, I explained to him that it is not limited to business but applies to all areas of his life. My coaching approach focuses on the person as an individual, and we work towards developing their capacity to understand how their mind works, be with their emotions, and access their innate wisdom.

The genius of people takes my breath away from these shows. The performer’s genius in this video is visible. But what is not visible is the other people who have contributed their gifts to make this happen. I love discovering, witnessing, and bringing to light my client's genius. My new love of the Gene Keys helps me see their genius much easier. The Gene Keys synthesize practical wisdom that helps me understand my clients and their true potential. It feels like I am cheating. I open a client profile, and my breath gets caught in my chest. Tears form in my eyes. I am taken away by the beauty I see. It is like I have been given a shortcut to see someone’s beautiful soul and the struggles they have to face as a human.

In Numerology, 2024 is the number 8. The 8th Gene Key! As many readers have seen last year, I fell in love with the Gene Keys, a system of personal development based on contemplation. For the past 18 months, I have contemplated the Gene Keys for hours a day. When I wake up in the middle of the night, I reflect on the different keys and see what I see.

I wrote about my love of the Gene Keys a few months ago. My passion and commitment to this work have deepened beyond my wildest imagination. My curiosity has me playing with this material for hours each day. The Gene Keys, created by Richard Rudd, is a universal language comprising 64 genetic archetypes. This teaching has allowed me to re-envision myself and recreate my life in a way I couldn’t imagine.

It is what I do. I help people find clarity. I love clarity because it is simple. It is like opening a kitchen drawer, seeing all the contents, and grabbing what you need. I understand what gets in the way of clarity. It is overthinking. Overthinking is like stuffing so much stuff into a drawer and then never finding what you want.

I am an aliveness that exists in everything, white hydrangeas, my dog, the ocean and my fellow human beings. I can’t see this energy because it is invisible. When my mind quiets down and I let go of my concepts I feel this energy. I feel the peace, beauty and well being in me. It is like my light turns on and I radiate the energy beaming through me. I walk around with a smile on my face for no reason other than being alive.
