Returning to Center: Love, Power, and the 25th Gene Key

Would you like to experience more love in your life?
I know I do.

Not just romantic love—but that deep, quiet, peaceful feeling that fills you from within.
I used to think this came from other people or special moments—
a meaningful conversation, a hike in the hills, or a perfect meal.

But now I understand something more:
That feeling of love isn’t something I find. It’s who I am.
It’s the steady hum within me—like bees in a hive.

The Wisdom of Gene Key 25

One of my favorite contemplations in the Gene Keys is Gene Key 25,
whose pathway moves from Constriction → Acceptance → Universal Love.

When I first read this, I immediately thought of my 13 years on the Aikido mat.
That practice taught me how to meet constriction with presence.
We called it Centering.

When my training partner grabbed my wrist, I’d feel my body tense.
Constriction.
But then I’d breathe, stay with it, and allow the tension to exist without resistance.
Eventually, a softening would come.
And in that softening—there it was again:
Love. Calm. Power.

Off the Mat and Into the World

This practice didn’t just live on the mat.
It followed me into my life.

When I’d get “grabbed” by stress, self-doubt, or spiraling thoughts—
I learned to pause.
To breathe.
To accept what was arising without trying to fix it.

“The 25th Gift of Acceptance is the great protector of the human spirit.
It has the power to embrace every feeling, every situation, and every being with equanimity and love.”

Richard Rudd, The Gene Keys

In that acceptance, I found space.
In that space, love would return.

Why This Matters in Career and Life

Reading Gene Key 25 brought this practice back to the center of my work with clients.
Because when we learn to center—
We come back to the seat of our power.

We stop reacting.
We start listening.
We think clearly.
We lead with love.

In my coaching, I help clients return to this state—
Not by striving, but by allowing.
Not by force, but by presence.

When we release constriction, we create space for innovation, intuition, and clarity.
We remember that love isn’t something to reach for—
It’s what we’re made of.

👉 If you’re longing to feel more centered, clear, and aligned in your work and life,
I’d be honored to support you.
