The Power of Our Words
What We Say—and Where We Say It From
There’s something I’ve come to know deeply in my work:
Our words carry energy.
Not just in what they say, but in how they’re said—and who we are when we say them.
Every single word has a vibration.
And the order we place them in creates a frequency, a kind of energetic signature that people can feel—even if they can’t quite name it.
You can say all the right things.
You can offer someone kindness, advice, encouragement…
But if those words come from fear, control, or judgment, they land differently.
They carry a charge.
And we’ve all felt it.
We’ve also felt the opposite—words spoken with clarity, love, presence.
They’re felt in the body. They soften defenses. They create connection.
One of the Gene Keys that speaks directly to this is Gene Key 62, known as The Language of Light.
It invites us to go beyond the surface of words into the deeper frequency they carry.
As Richard Rudd writes:
“True language always arises from silence, and it always returns to silence. It has nothing to prove. Its purpose is beauty, truth, and illumination.”
This is the space I aim to speak from in my own life and coaching work.
Not from the need to impress or explain, but from the still place beneath.
In my sessions, I listen not just to what someone is saying—but to the energy underneath their words.
Are they trying to convince me—or themselves?
Are they speaking from truth, or from the fear of being misunderstood?
When we become aware of this in ourselves, it changes everything.
Words become more than communication.
They become a tool of alignment, healing, and deep connection.
So much of the miscommunication I see—at work, in relationships, in leadership—comes from words that are strategic rather than authentic.
Well-meaning, but misaligned.
The shift comes when we start asking:
● Where am I speaking from?
● What energy is moving through my words?
● Do I trust that my truth, simply spoken, is enough?
Because it is.
And when we speak from our center,
Even a “no” can feel like love.
Even silence can hold clarity.
Even the most ordinary words can open a doorway.
And unlike AI, I don’t just process words—I feel them.
I listen with my whole being, attuned to what’s said and unsaid, holding space for truth to rise.
If you’re curious about your own voice—how you speak, lead, or share your truth—I’d love to explore it with you.
