LETTERS
These letters were inspired by real conversations.
After many conversations, I find myself wanting to write—not to summarize what happened, but to reflect what became visible.
Something remembered.
Something uncovered.
Something true.
Each letter was written for one person.
The names and identifying details have been changed.
Yet the themes belong to all of us.
Perhaps, somewhere in these words, you'll recognize yourself.
Nothing Changed
Dear Friend,
One of the most empowering discoveries we can make is understanding how we create our experience.
Our attention moves.
Our thoughts come and go.
Our feelings rise and fall.
And from those invisible movements, our experience of life is created.
The challenge is that thoughts are invisible until we begin to notice them. Feelings are like clouds moving across the sky. They don't stay.
Life doesn't tell us what it means.
We do.

We do.
Recently, I was sitting with someone who made a beautiful discovery.
They realized that when they stopped thinking about why they were living where they were living, something unexpected happened.
They were happy.
Content.
Grateful.
Nothing in their life had changed.
Only their thinking had.
A little later, they saw something similar in their relationship. What they had once questioned suddenly felt like a gift. They realized they had exactly the partner their soul had been asking for.
Again...
Nothing had changed.
Only the meaning they had been giving it.
Perhaps this is the power of self-awareness.
Not because it changes life.
Because awareness gives us the freedom to choose.
And without all the stories, there is simply this moment.
Alive.
Present.
Enough.
With love,
Anna
We are Whole and Complete
Dear Friend
It was wonderful to be with you yesterday.
What you saw is profound: you are whole and complete.
I invite you to notice what begins to show up in your life when you come from this place.
How do you move?
What do you choose?
What changes when you are not trying to become whole, but living from the truth that you already are?

As I see it, we are here for the first time in this space and time, learning how to be God in a human body. We are here to evolve. So it makes sense to be kind to ourselves. To be gentle. To be patient. We are learning.
The beauty of an insight like the one you had is that once you see it, you cannot unsee it. Something has opened. Something is now available to you that was not available before.
Trust what you saw.
Trust what is unfolding in you.
Trust the life that will begin to grow from this new orientation.
Sending Love,
Anna
You Matter
Dear Friend,
It was an honor to sit with you today.
During our conversation, we saw how deeply rooted the belief, "I don't matter," was in your life.
You are not alone.
If we believe we do not matter, it makes sense that we spend much of our lives trying to prove that we do. We work harder, give more, accomplish more, and carry the exhausting burden of seeking evidence of our worth.
How do I know this?
I lived it.

I lived it.
What I would love for you to explore is this:
What do you get to have now that you see you matter?
Not because of what you do.
Not because of what you accomplish.
Not because of what you give to others.
Simply because of your beingness.
The trees are not trying to prove they matter.
Their value comes from their beingness.
So does yours.
This week, notice the moments when you find yourself trying to prove your worth.
Pause.
Take a breath.
And remember:
You matter.
Not because of what you do.
Because you are.
Sending Love,
Anna
